Narcisse hosts successful Back to School Health Fair, Backpack Giveaway
Brooklyn Council Member Mercedes Narcisse says she hosted a very successful Back to School Health Fair and Backpack Giveaway on Saturday at the South Shore High School Field in Canarsie, Brooklyn. “The event saw a fantastic turnout from local families and community members, with the day filled with activities, health services, and support for students returning to school,” Narcisse, the Haitian-born representative for the 46th Council District in Brooklyn, told Caribbean Life.
