JA PM Andrew Holness to engage Jamaican Diaspora at Bronx Town Hall meeting
The Jamaica Consulate General in New York says that the Jamaican community in New York will be able to engage directly with Prime Minister Andrew Holness during a Town Hall meeting at the Lehman Center for the Performing Arts in the Bronx on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, at 6 p.m. “The Consulate General of Jamaica has organized this event to bring together members of the Jamaican Diaspora and others interested in Jamaica’s future and development,” said the Consulate General on Thursday. “The Town Hall is anticipated to be a significant gathering where Prime Minister Holness will address a variety of topics relevant to Jamaicans both at home and abroad. “This event offers a unique platform for attendees to engage directly with the prime minister, discuss issues impacting the Diaspora, and explore ongoing initiatives and opportunities in Jamaica,” it added.
